Corporate/M&A Associate
About the role
Due to the growth of the corporate team we are looking for a talented corporate/M&A lawyer with strong M&A experience to work with our M&A partners in our newly developing team. The role involves a mix of private M&A and private equity work. The position offers more variety and greater responsibility on transactions than is normally available in a top-tier environment.
About you
To be successful in this role you:
• are qualified as a lawyer in the Netherlands and have completed the Professional Education for Lawyers (Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur);
• have experience working in an international legal environment;
• have a ‘solution focused’ approach by ensuring advice is not only legally substantive but also commercially sensible and practical;
• gain fulfillment from self-improvement and development of expertise, set high standards and are demanding of personal performance; and
• have a “can do attitude”.

Litigation Associate
About the role
Due to the growth of the Litigation team we are looking for a talented and experienced lawyer to further strengthen the team. The role involves advising and litigating in (international) commercial disputes, including disputes regarding commercial contracts, liability claims, corporate disputes and property and real estate disputes. The position offers more variety and greater responsibility than is normally available in a top-tier environment.
About you
To be successful in this role you:
• are qualified as a lawyer in The Netherlands and have completed the Professional Education for Lawyers (Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur);
• have at least 3 years of working experience in an international legal environment;
• enjoy advising and litigating in (complex) commercial disputes;
• have ample experience with (independently) representing clients in arbitration and first instance and appeal civil proceedings;
• gain fulfillment from self-improvement and development of expertise, set high standards and are demanding of personal performance; and
• have a “can do attitude”.
